They are most known for their Amighetti's Special Sandwich. The Special is made with ham, roast beef,
Genoa salami, brick cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, pepperoncini and secret recipe Amighetti's dressing on freshly baked Italian bread. They also make and serve fresh pasta.

Owners Anthony and Rosario Scarato are steeped in restaurant as sons to one of the founders and 20-year owner of the restaurant chain Athen’s Café. While the family is no longer associated with Athen’s Café, their father, Bob, finds it a hard business to avoid. You’ll find him regularly welcoming customers and eager to make sure your visit to this family friendly taverna leaves you satisfied.

Eovaldi's Deli    
Eovaldi's features a full menu of pastas, salads, sandwiches and other Italian specialities, served all day long from open until close for dining in or carry out. This Italian deli also carries a full line of Italian cheeses, deli meats, authentic Genove salami, Mortadella, Prosciutto, and Coppacola, and fresh cuts of meat by special order. They also serve a number of Italian specialties: Brusiolone (Italian meat roll with salami & eggs) spedini, ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi, as well as Salsiccia in four varieties.

         


Fassi Sausage and Sandwich Factory    
The menu includes homemade sausage and other Italian specialties. Go hungry — the portions are generous and the food is good.  On Tuesdays, you can get a sandwich made with salamini, also known as salametes, a delicious spiced pork sausage made with red wine and garlic. Milo's is a neighborhood bar with many TVs, ample seating, typical Saint Louis bar food, and a great patio with bocce courts.  I prefer Milo's in the summer as the patio and bocce separate Milo's from other bars.
